An Update on the PS5

The PlayStation 4 console doesn't have a lot of life left in it - even Sony are saying so themselves. This is leading everyone in the games industry to wonder about the PlayStation 5. When could it possible be hitting the shelves, ready for eager consumers to buy?
Sadly, it is still not at all clear and there is still a great deal of speculation. We don't seem to have got much further with news of the PS5. It's understandable on the part of Sony, really, when you consider that the PS4 is still selling incredibly well. In fact, as of March next year, users no longer be able to access free PS3 games via PS Plus, as this is being phased out in favour of PS4 games.
So what are the predictions? The most popular guess is that the PS5 will be available for sale in 2021, though some think it could be 2019 according to a report - but that is very soon.
