As we approach the festive season children across the nation are compiling their list for Santa and on many of those lists will be a gaming device of some description but is it better to have a particular games console or is an android tablet a wiser choice?
The decision depends on whether the user of the device is going to use it solely for gaming or whether they want the versatility to be able to use it for other purposes. For instance if the user wants to be able to take pictures and videos and listen to music on their device then a tablet is going to be superior however gaming with others online using the latest games is probably going to be a much better experience on a games console.
The financial costs will be a deciding factor for some people as the latest consoles start at about five hundred pounds whereas an android tablet can be purchased for a fraction of the cost. It is possible to get older console models a lot cheaper from a second-hand technological store and preowned games for these consoles can be bought at very reasonable prices so it is certainly worth checking before you splash out on a new model.
