An eagle-eyed fan has spotted that an online supermarket has a listing entitled 'Bethesda - Game of Thrones' on their website. Is it a leak? Is it a complete accident? It's certainly not something we knew about, and now the gaming world has gone into overdrive. What could this possibly mean?
There is a long-standing rumour that Bethesda has been working on a Game of Thrones title, which adds further fuel to the fire. The publishers currently have titles like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4 on the market, so they're a big deal in the industry. They also have two secret projects in the works at the moment, so it could all fit in with the Game of Thrones theory. With their background in action games and open world settings, Bethesda could certainly make a project like this a success. And the reaction has shown that the gaming market would be ready for it.
