Sonic Boom And Watch Dogs Fail To Sell Well On Wii U

According to chart tracking data, Sega franchise Sonic the Hedgehog’s most recent adventure ‘Sonic Boom’ has failed to chart in the all-format top 40. This is despite the game entering at number 3 on the Wii U chart. ‘Watch Dogs’ didn’t fare any better with it charting on the individual Wii U chart at number 13. The game also available on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC performed much better on those formats.
It’s a shame to see Sonic not perform as well as it did in its SEGA heyday but the character just doesn’t appeal to gamers as it once used to. This isn’t surprising either, with the quality of games not being the best.
