Add a keep fit game to your gaming time

With the continued use of gaming as a way to relax in the evening it can be causing adults and children to exercise less. When they may have gone for a walk or a kick about in the park they are instead sitting in front of a screen mostly inactive apart from their fingers and thumbs. Some clever gamers have come up with a way to keep fit and enjoy gaming at the same time. Read on to discover more.

The idea is that whatever type of game you are playing you will come up against something where you will lose. Say for instance you are having a battle with an alien, and he defeats you or you are playing a football game and your team loses you have to then do a set exercises as a forfeit. It could be twenty press-ups or fifteen burpees, but you will need to do the exercises each time. In this way you will be doing some physical exercise at intervals through your gaming time. If you are playing online with a friend it would be funny to make them do the forfeits if they lose. So, why not give it a try and add a keep fit game to your computer gaming sessions.
